At Lux Miianoo Inc, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that stand the test of time. We are proud to offer an industry leading One Year Limited Warranty, which is double the industry standard. This warranty covers manufacturer defects, including issues such as peeling paint, broken components, cracks, discoloration, and dents. If you need to make a warranty claim within the retailer’s warranty period, please contact your retailer. After 90 days, feel free to reach out to Lux Miianoo Inc directly through the provided customer service channels.

Please contact customer service at luxmiianoo@gmail.com with proof of purchase to request warranty service. Lux Miianoo Inc will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products within the warranty period. The customer is responsible for the removal and reinstallation costs in case of a repair.
This warranty statement supersedes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, and it is not subject to modification unless officially updated by Lux Miianoo Inc. No one, including employees, agents, dealers, or other individuals, is authorized to provide warranties on behalf of Lux Miianoo Inc. Legal rights are limited to those explicitly stated in this warranty.

Return Conditions
Please note that Lux Miianoo Inc standard return policy is outlined below. The specific policy may vary based on the Authorized Retailer from which the order was purchased. For confirmation of the return policy that applies to your order, kindly reach out to Lux Miianoo Inc or the Authorized Retailer.
Requirements to Return an Item:
Please note that the following types of items may not be returned under any circumstance:
Damaged:
All damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Lux Miianoo Inc products are carefully packaged to withstand shipping damage. For visible damages, please refuse delivery immediately. Minor damages can often be resolved by sending replacement parts from Lux Miianoo Inc without requiring a full return. If there is minor damage, please note this on the Proof of Delivery, which the driver will have your sign. If you cannot inspect the shipment immediately, you may note, “Subject to inspection, possibly concealed damage.”
To request a replacement part for damaged products, please provide pictures of the damaged product. For further assistance, please contact the Retailer through which the order was purchased or Lux Miianoo Inc Customer Service at miianooinc@gmail.com
Defective:
All Lux Miianoo Inc products are handcrafted with care and attention to detail by experienced professionals to ensure exceptional quality. If a product is found to be defective, a return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Photos and videos demonstrating the defect are required to initiate a return or replacement of the order. Please also provide the product item SKU # or Order Number. Once this information is provided, Lux Miianoo Inc will investigate the issue and provide resolutions and/or approval for the return. Replacements for defective products are available, and you can contact Lux Miianoo Inc Customer Service at 630 923 1383 or email miianooinc@gmail.com for assistance in the process.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Approved order cancellations will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation status. If the order is already en route and not within Lux Miianoo Inc’s warehouse, it cannot be canceled. If an order is refused due to a cancellation request made after the order has shipped, this will be considered a Buyer’s Remorse Return, and the customer will be responsible for associated fees.
Carrier Fees:
If a trucking company has made multiple attempts to establish a delivery date and time, and the customer/retailer fails to respond or agree to a delivery date, storage fees may be incurred by the trucking company. If incorrect information was provided to Lux Miianoo Inc when the order was placed, or if a re-consignment (change of address) is requested while the item is already in transit, the customer/retailer will be responsible for the fees incurred. Lux Miianoo Inc reserves the right to charge these storage fees to the responsible parties.
Buyer’s Return:
Returns of non-damaged items must be made within 30 days of the merchandise’s delivery. All returns must be returned in “new” condition and in undamaged Lux Miianoo Inc packaging and crating materials. If the order is returned using Lux Miianoo Inc’s carrier and the return is approved, the retailer will receive credit for the full amount minus a 15% restocking fee, original shipping fee, and return shipping fee. If an order is returned using the retailer’s carrier and an RMA is approved, tracking information for the return must be provided to Lux Miianoo Inc, and the tracking number must be activated within 30 days of delivery. After a return is inspected and approved, a credit will be released to the retailer. Please note that if a return is delivered after the 30-day window, the order will be subject to partial credit or other resolutions as determined by Lux Miianoo Inc.
I Ordered the Wrong Size/Style:
Lux Miianoo Inc will not be held responsible for measuring errors or if the color finish is not to your liking. We encourage customers to request a sample before placing an order through miianooinc@gmail.com. Please double-check your measurements. If you receive products that are the wrong size, please contact the retailer from whom you made the purchase. Note that if the products received are incorrect due to Customer or Retailer Error, the responsible person(s) will be responsible for returning the wrong product and covering the delivery charges for the replacement if requested.
Sale or Clearance Items:
We do not accept returns and exchanges, except for manufacturing defects, on any sale or clearance items. Sale items are marked on the website with a “sale” tag.
