Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery Information
At Lux Miianoo Inc, we strive to provide you with the best possible delivery experience. Depending on the items in your order, they may arrive separately and be delivered through different carriers or delivery services. You can find information about each product’s lead time (shipping time frame) on its respective product page. Please be aware that all lead times are subject to change. When an item is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to access carrier information and view transit details.
Delivery Methods by Category:
- Small Parcels and Decor Pieces:
- These items will ship from our Fulfillment Center and will be carefully placed right on your doorstep.
- Smaller Furnishings:
- Smaller furniture pieces, such as nightstands, side tables, end tables, coffee tables, poufs, ottomans, lounge chairs, table lamps, floor lamps, and other large lighting fixtures that do not require assembly, will be delivered to your doorstep or driveway.
- Larger Furnishings:
- Larger-scale furniture pieces, including sofas, cabinets, beds, dressers, and dining tables, will be delivered by a local delivery agent. For these shipments, you can expect a call to schedule a delivery date and time that suits you, within the agent’s operating hours.
Please note:
- You must be present to provide a signature at the time of delivery for larger furnishings.
- Ensure that a clear path is available for entry into your home, and there is ample space for the delivery agent to safely bring the piece indoors.
- Not all items include full assembly, trash disposal, or full white-glove delivery service.
- Items can only be delivered to the original shipping address specified at checkout.
Our standard processing time for in-stock orders is typically 10-20 business days. Please note that orders placed after 12:00 EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. For your benefit, we may send certain items in separate packages to ensure the most favorable shipping rates.
